1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at forcebizsolutions.com (the "Site"), operated by Force Property Solutions dba Force Business Solutions ("Force," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 9. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

Force Business Solutions provides construction management and workforce coordination services to commercial and residential construction projects, primarily in Florida, including:

• Construction management across preconstruction, execution, and closeout, including scope and schedule coordination, budget and estimate support, bid and procurement support, stakeholder communication, progress reporting, and closeout documentation.
• Workforce solutions, under which Force coordinates project-specific access to qualified independent subcontractor personnel across trade categories such as concrete restoration, waterproofing, and sealants/caulking, matched by scope, experience level, certifications, and site requirements under a written work order.
• Trade partner network administration, under which independent subcontractor companies may apply to join the Force network subject to prequalification, including review of licensing, insurance, workers' compensation status or exemption, and related documentation.

The Site itself is an informational and lead-intake tool. It allows prospective clients to request construction management or workforce support, and allows prospective trade partners to apply to the network. The Site does not provide real-time quoting, online payment processing, or a self-service booking system. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to contract; any engagement is formalized separately in writing (for example, a proposal, work order, or subcontractor agreement) between Force and the client or trade partner.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through a project request or trade partner application
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its underlying systems, or any related account
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks connected to the Site
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Site
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site through automated means without our prior written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity, in any form submission

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

4. Project Requests and Trade Partner Applications

Submitting a project request or trade partner application through the Site is not a guarantee of engagement, assignment, or network acceptance. Force reviews each submission at its discretion and may request additional information, including licensing, insurance, workers' compensation, and safety documentation, before any engagement is confirmed. Any resulting work order, subcontractor agreement, or other contract is a separate document that will control the specific terms of that engagement and, to the extent of a conflict, will govern over these Terms for that engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, are the property of Force Property Solutions dba Force Business Solutions or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as necessary to view the Site for its intended purpose, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

The Force name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Force Property Solutions dba Force Business Solutions. No license to use these marks is granted by your use of the Site.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Content on the Site describing our services is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a quote, bid, or binding commitment. Workforce personnel coordinated through Force are independent subcontractors or employees of independent subcontractor companies in the Force network, not employees or agents of Force, except where a written agreement expressly states otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Force Property Solutions dba Force Business Solutions, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This limitation does not apply to liability arising under a separately executed written work order, proposal, or subcontractor agreement, which is governed by the terms of that document.

To the extent any liability under these Terms (as opposed to a separate written agreement) is not validly excluded or limited under applicable law, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Force Property Solutions dba Force Business Solutions and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or information you submit through the Site.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be reflected by that updated date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Force, or third parties. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will survive.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
